  • Verdical Group Founder & Principal, Drew Shula will be speaking at SMPS/LA's event, “Net Zero 2017: Highlights & Beyond" on September 27th. With a sold-out event this year, Net Zero Energy + Water + Waste is the nation’s largest conference dedicated to net zero building design. With nearly 700 attendees, the conference was filled with numerous exhibitors and featured full-day programs.

    Presenter:

    Drew Shula is Founder and Principal at Verdical Group (www.verdicalgroup.com), a leading LA based green building consulting firm. Verdical Group is a certified B Corporation and 1% for the Planet member company. In addition to managing some of the highest profile green building projects in California, including LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge projects, Verdical Group hosts the nation's largest annual net zero building conference (www.netzeroconference.com). Drew holds multiple LEED Accredited Professional credentials, and is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Drew has held various leadership positions with the U.S. Green Building Council Los Angeles Chapter (USGBC-LA) where he has received numerous awards, and currently sits on the Board of Directors. Drew also serves on the Steering Committee of the Living Building Challenge Los Angeles Collaborative (LBC-LA). He holds a 5-year professional degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
