  • P3 Development: What Am I Getting Myself Into?

  •
  • Wednesday, April 26th, 2017
  • 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

    899 Francisco Street
    Los Angeles, CA 90017

  • The Public Private Partnership (P3) model is fast becoming a potential solution to address aging infrastructure and new capital projects for government, educational and institutional clients. The P3 process requires engagement and collaboration among the end-user, financial partners, design-build team, and community stakeholders.

With so many players in the mix, what is the design and construction team’s role in the process? How much should they understand about the P3 process in order to participate effectively? What is the risk model for A/E/Cs in a P3 endeavor?

Our experienced panel will address these questions and, more importantly, provide attendees with information they can use to decide if a P3 pursuit is right for their firms, and what to expect should they decide to take that step.
