Submit your work for the 2019 Marketing Communications Awards, and come celebrate as we honor the winners at The LEONARDO on June 4 at Banc of California Stadium.

    MCA ENTRY CATEGORIES

    PROJECT PURSUIT MARKETING
    An item or series of items developed in support of winning a project. Materials may be print and/or digital and include qualification packages, proposals, presentations, interview tools, leave-behinds, or other pieces that contributed to the total effort.

    MARKETING COLLATERAL & INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS
    Print or digital marketing collateral or campaign. Examples may include a one-time piece of collateral or a series of materials that promote a consistent brand message across marketing channels to reach a specific target audience over an extended period of time. Examples can include corporate brochure, direct-mail postcard, advertising campaigns, printed or digital publications, external newsletter, and/or media relations campaigns.

    INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
    Any print or digital communications vehicle intended for an employee audience, including but not limited to a recognition or employee retainment program program, employee newsletters, awards program, or communications associated with mergers, acquisitions, or new business-line initiatives.

    SPECIAL EVENT MARKETING
    A print or digital piece produced for one-time use to promote a special event including but not limited to an anniversary, office opening, dedication, conference or tradeshow exhibition materials and booth design, or ground breaking and other project milestone events.

    HOLIDAY PIECE
    A print or digital piece produced for one-time use to promote a generally recognized holiday; examples include a greeting card, party invitation, client appreciation gift, or calendar.

    VIDEO, SOCIAL AND DIGITAL MEDIA
    A digital marketing piece or social media campaign that utilizes online and interactive tools to generate engagement and collaboration. Examples include but are not limited to: videos, apps, blogs, networking site campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook), content- sharing sites (Behance, YouTube, Flickr).

    BRAND EXPERIENCE/CORP. IDENTITY
    A new or updated brand experience. This could include the roll-out of a new logo, graphic standards, brand awareness campaign, and/or visual /content update for materials, applied firm-wide or for a specific market. Guidelines for application must be included in the submission.

    WEBSITE
    An external website, intranet or mobile site that promotes your firm. This could include microsites that have been launched by your firm for a specific project.
