Mentoring Program

Lessons in Leadership provides a focused curriculum centered on the skills, traits and behaviors of successful leaders. The 8-month program consists of monthly meetings with facilitated discussions, hands-on activities and engagement between the speakers, mentors, and peers.

PROTÉGÉ REQUIREMENTS

To participate, all applicants must be a member in good standing and currently be employed with a minimum of one year’s experience; however, the program is suitable for professionals in all phases of their career. We are seeking dedicated individuals who actively participate, honor their commitments, and have a genuine interest in holding a seat at the leadership table within their firms.

To successfully complete the program, protégés must:

  • Participate in all monthly sessions
  • Complete a Personal Project
  • Attend at least two networking events in partnership with a mentor
  • Take ownership of homework assignments

Additionally, protégés will have an opportunity to “Shadow a Professional” and orchestrate a “Give Back to the Community” day.
