Mentorship Program

SMPS/LA’s mentorship program is designed to help participants adopt the mindset, strategy, and accountability habits of successful individuals.

Through monthly virtual workshops, protégés will engage in discussions and exercises with a panel of distinguished mentors. Outside of the workshops, protégés will participate in one-on-one mentoring to develop job-specific skills and action plans.  Additional resources and accountability structures will be available through an online resource portal.

MEET THE MENTORS

Our mentors are hand-selected for their depth of experience and contributions to their firm's strategic, marketing, and business development efforts. Each one has a minimum of 20 years of experience and has attained a position of influence within their firm. Mentors offer targeted insight into what it takes to advance in the A/E/C industry.
